About S-TRACE Project

The Sokoto Tracking and Accountability for Equitable Immunization (S TRACE) Project is an accountability and community engagement initiative designed to improve equitable access to routine immunization services across Sokoto State. The project strengthens transparency, citizen participation, and evidence-based advocacy to address persistent barriers to immunization, particularly among underserved and hard-to-reach communities.

The project works closely with government institutions, health facilities, community leaders, community-based organizations, and community volunteers to monitor immunization service delivery, track the availability of vaccines and essential commodities, document community-level challenges, and promote timely action by relevant authorities.
